Bro Wall terms
Version 3 · updated 2026-10-25
These terms cover renting tiles, saving art and painting the community zone on the Bro Wall, which is operated by TMB Capital. By connecting a wallet to the wall, you agree to them. Reading the wall needs no wallet and no agreement.
01What you're paying for
Renting a tile gives you the right to show art and one link on that tile for the time you paid for, under these terms and the contract's rules. Painting the community zone puts your pixels on the shared zone until someone paints over them.
You don't buy or own the tile, the wall or any token. A rental isn't an NFT, can't be transferred, and earns nothing.
02Payments are final
Every payment is an on-chain transaction that you approve in your own wallet. It can't be reversed. There are no refunds, including for time a tile spends hidden, time the wall spends paused, or a rental you don't renew.
Each payment is split between burning and the Bro Wall treasury, as shown on the wall before you sign. You pay the network fees for your own transactions.
03Pauses don't stop the clock
The wall's owner can pause the wall, for example for moderation or a security incident. While it's paused, nobody can rent, renew, save art or paint, but rentals keep running.
Time the wall spends paused counts as part of your rental period. Your rental isn't extended to make up for a pause, and downtime from a pause isn't refunded.
04Your art and links
You're responsible for what you put on the wall. You confirm you have the right to use it, and you let the wall show it, including in screenshots and posts about the wall.
- No real people, other brands or logos you don't own, or copyrighted characters, whether drawn by hand or made with AI.
- Nothing illegal, hateful, sexual, violent or harassing.
- No links to scams, malware, phishing or anything pretending to be someone else.
05The chain doesn't forget
Art, links and pixels are saved on a public blockchain. Hiding a tile removes it from this site, not from the chain: anyone can still read what was saved. Don't save anything you wouldn't want public forever.
06Moderation
The wall's owner may hide any tile or part of the community zone, and block any link's site, at any time and at their own discretion. Every hide is a public on-chain event. You can appeal by contacting info@trustmebro.meme or contacting us on X (@tmbmeme) or on Telegram. However, a decision may stand.
07Other people's links
Tile links are set by renters, not by us. We don't check or endorse the sites they lead to. You follow them at your own risk.
08Risks you accept
Blockchains and smart contracts carry real risks. By using the wall you accept them, including:
- The contract may contain bugs, even though it has been tested and reviewed.
- Networks, wallets and the site can go down, be slow or cost more in fees than expected.
- Keeping your wallet and recovery phrase safe is your job. We never ask for them.
09The test wall
The test wall (on Robinhood Chain testnet, at testnet.trustmebro.meme) is for trying the wall out. On it:
- Test TMB has no value, and anyone can mint it.
- The test wall can be reset, replaced or shut down at any time, without notice.
- Nothing on it carries over to the real wall: not rentals, art, links, pixels or test TMB.
- Everything else in these terms applies there too, including moderation.
10No advice, no promises
Nothing on the wall or this site is financial, legal or tax advice, or a promise about TMB or its price. Burning tokens is a feature of the wall's design, not a promise of any outcome.
11Who can use it
You must be an adult where you live and allowed to use crypto-assets and services like this there. Automated tools and AI agents acting for you follow these same terms, and you're responsible for what they do.
12Provided as is
The wall and this site are provided as is, without warranties. To the fullest extent the law allows, TMB Capital and the people behind the Bro Wall aren't liable for any loss from using it, including lost tokens, failed transactions, hidden content or downtime.
13Changes to these terms
These terms may change. When they do, the version number goes up and you're asked to agree again before you next connect. The contract's own rules can change only in the ways it allows, such as settings changes that wait 48 hours in public.
